Do I want to live in another country? “No”, in fact, emphatically “No.” Do I hate America? Again… “No.” Is God blessing America, as He once did? “No.” Should He restart His blessings upon America? “No.” Will a true revival come to America again? “No.” Is there any type of future hope for America? Very doubtful, in fact, probably not.
Why do I believe this? Scripture validates this. Second Timothy 3:1 tells us, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.” “Perilous” means furious and fierce. How can anyone deny this promise from God? We read almost daily that innocent people are randomly being viciously murdered without cause on buses, trains, in parking lots, etc. all across America. Jews are being murdered solely because they are Jews. And what does our government do? Our government throws money at social programs and lets criminals roam free without bond or punishment for their crimes. How many churches are actually talking about these signs and warning the people of things to come? Many churches are silent from the pulpit about their hatred of Israel and the Jew. Israel is a land that God loves and cares for, yet preachers are mute in rebellion against God’s love for Israel (I Kings 10:9; Psalm 87:2). Just read Deuteronomy 7:6-9, 9:12. And that has not changed. Ungodly liberal lawyers and DAs make excuses for their clients and blame society, culture, or conservatives for their (Joel 3:2) crimes. Innocent victims are even blamed for defending themselves, while both the lawyers and politicians pocket money from taxpayers.
Earlier, Paul wrote in First Timothy 4:1 describing today’s so-called churches. It reads, “Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter days some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils…” Churches are preaching a false gospel. A gospel without true repentant regeneration from the Holy Spirit. Too many are preaching a works-salvation where sinful man has to do something, such as open his heart, accept Jesus, or raise his hand to salvation. So-called churches are preaching a social gospel. They are preaching an easy-believism, without a regenerated lifestyle change. They have softened or eliminated God’s wrath. They have turned sermons into comedy routines for entertainment. A lot of the music has become secularized to appeal to the flesh…all with applause. They are promoting murders in the womb. They are allowing women in pastoral-type leadership roles. They are calling God a liar every time they defend or promote homosexuality and transgenderism. They are calling God a liar every time they refer to Him as a “her.” II Timothy 3:5 tells us, people will have “a form of godliness” while “denying the power thereof.” And then we are told to “turn away” from them. Instead, people are embracing them. And I am afraid that the name “Jesus Christ” has become nothing but a footnote in many churches today.
Nominal Americans are electing Christian-hating, Jew-hating, God-hating Muslims to an American Congress. These Muslims not only worship a false god, but they continue to hate on American values that once sprinkled the land with Bibles, real prayer, and respect for the honorable government that we once had. They have vowed to destroy this country and turn it into the same vicious Islamic cesspool that they left for the very same reasons.
America started banning the Bible and prayers from public schools in the 1960s. In 1966, the NY Times wrote an article stating that “God was being ‘written out of science…’” The womb has become a danger zone as we have murdered over 65 million innocent lives for the sake of convenience. And this murder is celebrated by the masses and our elected officials. Our liberal government has succeeded at destroying the God-given ordinance between a man and a woman united in marriage. They have turned it into a demonically driven clown show of perversion in their attempt to poke the creator God in the eye. The Roman Catholic (False) Church, the Methodist (False) Church, the Episcopal (False) Church, etc., are filled with drag queens and pedophiles. And our elected leaders honor and give reverence to a false leader, the Pope.
This country voted in a racist, anti-Christian, anti-American, anti-Jewish Muslim as President who invited fellow Muslims to the White House to pray to a false god. And this same so-called President flashed rainbow-colored lights from the White House to the heavens celebrating his God-hating views on the sanctity of marriage between a man and a woman. Did our sovereign God just turn His head on this to ignore? I think not. In fact, anthropomorphically speaking, God’s nostrils were probably flared in anger at this once great country. Yet, most of America applauded this act of rebellion against a Holy God. Our historic universities that were founded on biblical principles have become anti-God, anti-Israel propaganda mills warping the minds of once intelligent students. Even so-called Christian colleges have fallen prey to the anti-God wokeness that has contaminated this once great country.
It’s a hate crime to say anything negative or derogatory against someone who happens to be a Hispanic, a black person, a homosexual, or a Muslim but the airways are full of derogatory and blasphemous language against a Holy God. Are we to think that God winks at that? And we call false teachers and preachers like Al Sharpton and Billy Graham, “Reverend”, when the Bible says that only “reverend and holy is His (God’s) name” (Psalm 111:9). Are we to call a false teacher, the pope, “Holy Father” and “Vicar of Christ” when those titles are reserved for God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit? Does God wink at that, too? Both churches and our government are ignoring the demonic influence in our country for the sake of appeasement, inclusivity, and tolerance. Remember, we are told to “Smile, God loves you!” This seems to be the mantra of the liberal, false church.
How many so-called evangelical churches are teaching their congregations of the dangers of going against Israel (Joel 3:2)? How many are teaching the prophetic consequences of that as outlined and defined by scripture? How many have even mentioned more than a minor acknowledgement of the Muslim attacks on Israel? Have they embraced Replacement or Fulfillment theology so deeply that they ignore scripture as it relates to God’s chosen people and land? Or do they allegorize scripture to fit their own denominations and warped beliefs? Zechariah 2:8 tells us, “…for he that toucheth you (Israel) toucheth the apple of his (God’s) eye.” Should the so-called American church ignore such unchanging scriptures? Is it any wonder why the Detroit/Dearborn Heights area are full of anti-God, anti-American Muslims when Henry Ford openly hated the Jews? President Truman acknowledged Israel as a nation in 1948. America then prospered. But our backs have mainly been turned against Israel since Obama was President. Although President Trump seems pro-Israel, he still should not be meddling in their affairs and trying to appease the God-hating Muslims. And his so-called Faith Council consists of heretics and false teachers. Now we have been seeing God’s hand of protection slowing removed from this country. Certainly, there are other sinful acts that have defied a Holy God that have also contributed to our demise as a nation. But are churches talking about those, as well? Now look at America as a whole and the church, specifically. We see that the so-called church has fallen prey to the pressures of society, false teachings, and ecumenism. Sadly, many pulpits in their silence on the worldwide hatred for Israel, may be, in fact, expressing their own silent hatred for Israel. Thus, they unknowingly are silently expressing their hatred to the God of Israel (Exodus 24:10; Psalm 72:18; Ezekiel 36:22). America is getting everything that she deserves. How many times do we hear in churches across America say that we should “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem” (Psalm 122:6)? That is not a suggestion, but a biblical mandate from a Holy God. Yet, most ignore that and defend the enemies of Israel. These enemies of Israel are not just foreign adversaries. They are Democrats who are members of America’s own congress. They are students on many elite college campuses. They are church members who have no understanding of God’s eternal relationship with Israel because they are not studying the Bible, nor do they hear it preached from the pulpits across this land.
Our government is calling “evil good and good evil” and they “put darkness for light and light for darkness” and put “bitter for sweetness and sweet for bitter” (Isaiah 5:20). But “He (God) hatest the workers of iniquity” (Psalm 5:5). And “God is angry with the wicked everyday” (Psalm 7:11). Still, a prominent congressman said that “God’s Will is no concern to this congress.” Did God just smile at that? I think not.
How can I not pray for America when this America is made up of people for whom I should pray? We are told to pray for those who hate us (Matthew 5:44). How do I do that? These very same people hate our country and, mainly, hate the Only Sovereign and Triune God. I can only pray that God will be merciful on us while we are here. We know from scripture that He will not let any of His sheep perish (John 6:37; II Peter 3:9). How do I pray for the people if I am not praying for this country? I simply and humbly ask God to continue to protect His (elect) sheep, while I pray (somehow) for the (non-elect) goats. And I pray for the Rapture of the saints (John 14:2, 3; I Thessalonians 4:16, 17; Titus 2:13; Revelation 3:10) while asking the same question as asked in Revelation 6:10, “…How long, O Lord…” and concluding as Revelation 22:20 states, “…Surely, I (Jesus Christ) come quickly, Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.”
